One-on-one support from an experienced architect on licensure, career transitions, new technologies, or business operations. Insights for the ARE, the move into firm leadership, or new design methodologies. Connections across ALA that open doors in the AEC industry, and encouragement for every hurdle from early uncertainty to late-career reinvention.

Any ALA member seeking guidance, from students and new graduates to mid-career architects and senior professionals looking to pivot or grow: career development, licensure, leadership, or other professional goals.

Mentors

ALA members with at least 5 years of professional experience (not necessarily licensed; Associate and Allied Professional members included), willing to commit at least 6 months of regular meetings, virtual or in person.
